REGISTRATION

There is a $50.00 registration fee.

Plus a $4.00 processing fee if you use PayPal.

The $50.00 fee is applied to your first tuition payment.
This fee is non-refundable!!!

To Register ONLINE:

1.  Use the PAYPAL on the ONLINE PAYMENT tab OR Venmo @Lynette-Hogelin

     E-mail Registration card info to: lynette@lynettesdancestudio.com

2.   OR Click on the pink Google Docs form (upper left) to register through Google

To register by mail for dance class:

1.  Print out Registration Form - click on pink and purple box in upper right hand corner on this page 

                                                    OR click on the pink Google Docs form to register through Google
